摘要: 通过对矿井火灾治理工程EPC模式矿井火灾治理工程项目自身特点分析,运用系统分解法、头脑风暴法及类似工程经验对矿井火灾治理工程的风险因素进行总结和归类,并对基于EPC模式矿井火灾治理工程在合同谈判、物资采购、工程分包、工程施工不同阶段存在的资金风险、质量风险、安全风险、工期进度风险采取不同的应对策略,为EPC模式矿井火灾治理工程的顺利实施提供保障。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the coal mine fire control engineering projects on EPC pattern, through the application of system decomposition, brainstorming and similar engineering experience, risk factors were summarized and classified, and different coping strategies were applied for financial risk, quality risk, security risk and schedule risk, existing in different stages of contract negotiations, procurement, subcontracting, project construction of the coal mine fire control engineering project based on EPC pattern, to provide protection for the smooth implementation of the project.
